Tasmanian Independent Bottlers is owned and operated by whisky legend Tim Duckett who has bought us the magical Heartwood whisky lines throughout the years.
For this expression, Tim has sourced new make distilled from the award-winning Fleurieu Distillery and matured it in Hobart, Tasmania. The release celebrates the first time Tim has sourced his new-make spirit from South Australia and is the 1st of what will be a multiple release/offering using Fleurieu spirit.
